1. CUSTOM DESIGN RESPONSIBILITY

We provide custom apparel printing services. Any artwork, design, or message uploaded by the customer is their sole responsibility.
We do not endorse or support any political, religious, social, or personal messages that appear on printed materials.

Disclaimer:
Off The Lines is not liable for the content submitted by users. All custom designs, logos, messages, and phrases are the responsibility of the submitting party.

2. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that includes content we determine to be:

• Hateful, racist, or discriminatory

• Sexually explicit or obscene

• Defamatory or harmful

• In violation of laws, copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights

• Promoting illegal activity, violence, or political extremism

We make these decisions at our sole discretion to protect our brand and values.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have the legal right to use any images, designs, logos, or phrases you submit.
By submitting your design, you agree to indemnify and hold Off The Lines harmless against any claims resulting from the use of copyrighted or unauthorized content.

4. ORDER TURNAROUND & DELIVERY

• Standard production time is [1-5] business days.

• Shipping time varies based on your selected method at checkout.

• Rush production may be available for an extra fee.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, holidays, weather events, or other uncontrollable factors.

5. REFUNDS & REPRINTS

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.

We will reprint or refund your order only if:

• There is a manufacturing or print defect, AND

• You notify us within 5 business days of delivery

No refunds will be issued for user-submitted design errors.

 

6. CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are 18+ or have permission from a legal guardian

• You legally own or have permission to use all submitted content

• You take full responsibility for the design, spelling, and final appearance

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You may not use our services to upload, print, or distribute any content that:

• Breaks the law

• Infringes intellectual property

• Promotes violence, hate, or abuse

• Includes harmful misinformation

• Glorifies or depicts sensitive political or criminal content

Off The Lines reserves the right to review, reject, or cancel any order that violates these terms.
